Aileen Fae M. Africa is the Founder and Managing Owner of A² Business Consultancy, a professional services firm providing tax compliance, accounting, assurance, advisory, forensic accounting, ESG strategy, and business set-up services.
She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), ASEAN Chartered Professional Accountant (ASEAN CPA), Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), and Certified Tax Technician (CTT) and a member of the Royal Institute of Taxation Singapore, with professional experience across taxation, advisory, assurance, governance, and regulatory engagements. She established A² Business Consultancy to deliver structured, data-driven solutions that support informed business and regulatory decision-making.

The founder has received professional recognition for leadership and service, including the Outstanding Chapter President Award and Outstanding Chapter Award from the Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA), reflecting sustained contributions to the profession, organizational leadership, and community engagement.
